Who should attend the Automotive Training Expo?
Anyone who is in the automotive mechanical and collision repair industry will benefit from the training opportunities and Expo exhibits at the Automotive Training Expo. This includes:
- Technicians
- Service Advisors

- Office Staff
This is your chance to receive the latest technical, management and sales training from leading industry instructors!
Who produces the Automotive Training Expo?
Northwest Auto Care Alliance (NWACA) is the producer of the Automotive Training Expo. NWACA has been producing large scale tradeshow events (NAIT) for the Pacific Northwest for many years. However, NWACA saw the need for our region to have a large-scale training event and in 2008 put on the first Automotive Training Expo with great success.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
To register for attendance to the Automotive Training Expo, the ATE Registration Form (either the Mail-In/Fax Form or the Online Form) must be filled out completely and sent in with full payment of the total amount due.
Registration is not complete until full payment is received. Accepted forms of payment include: Personal or Business Check made payable to NWACA (only if sending in the Mail-In/Fax Form); Visa; or MasterCard. We do not accept cash. Registrations and payment in full must be received by August 17, 2024.
Class sizes are limited. Seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check the online Registration Form for the latest class availabilities (the schedule on the form is dynamically updated as classes are filled up.) If you do not see a class listed on the online Registration Form, this means that the class has been filled.
Currency
All fees listed for ATE East are in U.S. dollars and payments are to be made in U.S. dollars.
Cancellation, Refund and Substitution Policy
If you must cancel for any reason you must notify us in writing by August 15th, 2024 for a refund less a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations must be in writing, by fax, email or postal mail. Cancellations received after August 15th are non-refundable.
You may transfer your registration to another person by August 12th, 2024 by providing authorization to us at joanna@nwautocare.org or brenda@nwautocare.org. Confirmed and paid attendees who do not attend or who cancel after August 12th, 2024 are liable for the entire fee.
